HR and Labour Administration Officer

• At least a secondary-level qualification,
• Category B driving licence,
• Accurate and precise work ethic,
• Confident computer skills,
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all tasks related to the establishment and termination of employment relationships,
• Preparing amendments to employment contracts and job descriptions,
• Organising training courses and educational programs, as well as preparing related reports, statistics, and records, and compiling the annual training plan,
• Handling the full administration of conference participation,
• Coordinating and monitoring occupational health examinations,
• Participating in the management and administration of employee benefits,
• Managing personnel documentation,
• Preparing reports, statistics, and settlements,
• Maintaining daily contact with employees and other departments,
• Supporting labour administration and HR processes.

It is an advantage if you also have experience in the following:

• Qualification in payroll and social security administration,
• Intermediate level of English,
• Experience in a similar role.
