• Higher technical education qualification,
• User-level knowledge of Excel and Word,
• Independence, reliability, precision, and a cooperative attitude,
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar field, but we also welcome applications from recent graduates and interns!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the technical content of subcontractor agreements and monitoring contracts,
• Reconciling and checking monthly performance reports,
• Handling warranty-related matters,
• Preparing and checking technical documentation related to invoices,
• Contributing to the definition of the technical requirements, expected costs, and implementation timeframe of tenders and offers,
• Requesting quotations and preparing contracts,
• Managing the cost-monitoring program and preparing invoices,
• Collecting size and quantity calculations,
• Maintaining the construction log,
• Carrying out site visits and surveys.
