Effective June the 26th 2026, the Board of Directors of Duna Aszfalt Ltd. approved a new leadership structure for the company. Beginning with that date Attila Kerékgyártó has been appointed Chairman of the Board, while the position of Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer has been discontinued.
The transformation supports the Group's long-term strategic objectives, operational stability and continued growth, while ensuring continuity in the operation and management of Duna Group.
Our colleague Attila Kerékgyártó is a civil engineer and manager with more than two decades of professional experience. During his career, following his achievements in public road administration, he has played a key role in delivering some of Hungary's most significant infrastructure projects.
His work is characterized by high professional standards, responsible leadership approach and solution-oriented thinking.
As a leader, he places particular emphasis on professional collaboration, innovation and developing forward-looking solutions through teamwork.
He firmly believes that long-term success is built on highly qualified professionals, mutual trust and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
