- At least a secondary-level qualification in the relevant field;
- Category B driving licence;
- User-level computer skills;
- Reliable, precise and independent working style;
- Good problem-solving and communication skills;
- Confident knowledge of public procurement, contract and design documentation;
- Active on-site presence and professional support for quality construction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the client, subcontractors and the bodies involved in construction;
- Preparing quality assurance documentation, and preparing and updating technological instructions;
- Ordering laboratory tests, and summarising and evaluating their results;
- Monitoring projects and checking the quality of construction;
- Documenting measurements related to covering-up and continuation permits, and providing the technical justification for and coordinating deviations from the plans;
- Investigating and handling quality problems and non-conformities, and coordinating reconstruction;
- Compiling and obtaining approval for the presentation of construction products and materials used;
- Planning, carrying out and documenting trial installations;
- Technical evaluation and selection of quarry materials and soil mixtures, and coordination of trial sections;
- Processing the technical data of tender and design documentation;
- Keeping records;
- Ongoing cooperation and coordination with the surveyor;
- Carrying out other technical tasks appropriate to the qualification.
It is an advantage if you also have experience in:
- Relevant experience in a similar field or role.
